ATTIRE for classes -
Please wear comfortable
clothing to dance in (no jeans or street wear). Some examples are yoga pants and
an athletic top, sweat pants and a tank, other loose-fitting or stretchy pants.
Some women prefer to wear large gypsy skirts - this is okay for dancing, but may
create some restrictions with movement during the warm-up/conditioning and cool
down components. A plain or fancy hip scarf is suggested for added effect with
the hip movements that will be taught.
